...the good, the "bad", the mediocre, the extraordinary, the human, the saintly, the friend, the protector, the comic, the serious, the handsome, the sleepy, the cranky, the joyous...
today i spent basically every moment with him...my "someone". for me he is "the one"...you know, the person that God created to be my puzzle piece, my counterweight, my pillar of strength... overall, my best friend. we had breakfast together with mom, drove to decatur & spent the day in my classroom cleaning with mom, had a family supper, and worked on school stuff in the rec room until just now... except for showers and potty breaks, we haven't been apart.
just now i came up from the rec room to check the laundry and see if he was finished packing. he looked at me and said "i missed you today". i was surprised but touched..."you missed me? we spent the whole day together." he put his arm around my waist and said, "yeah, but how many times did i hug you today? and i think that this was our first kiss of the day..."
once again, he was right & i am more than happy to admit it.
i am blessed and i thought i would share my joy & excitement with all of you. :)
now off to pack...
