in other news. the prank went well & in the words of my veteran teacher friend across the hall, i "made history" yesterday. according to coach smith, "chalk one up for bianchi. 2nd period = 0, bianchi = 1" i had my first period class move the desks out before the end of class. 2nd period came in and i wish you could have seen their faces! it was magical...the funniest thing was, they came in and sat where their desks should have been. on the floor. i didn't instruct them to do that...they just did it. it was awesome. people stopped by my room just to check it out. including the yearbook staff (with camera in hand) and the newspaper ("raider's digest"...photojournalism at its best)...i have made a mark. :) it was fun!

in other, not so fun (but remedied now) news...i had a near melt-down yesterday. if not for mr.thomas & his mad computer genius skills...all could have been lost. long story short: jump drives good. not backing up 3+ years of work on a jump drive bad. failure of said life-invested jump drive catastrophic. recovery of shady jump drive miraculous! (hence...no update last night)

hope it was worth the wait... :) now off to help my lovely husband clean and such. it's funny that chores turn fun when you are doing them in your house with your stuff and your spouse! LOVE married life.
