july...

...??????

holy cow...the summer seems to be flying by. granted, we have enjoyed every minute of it and it has been lovely, so i'm not complaining...but really?? it's july?? we start school on the 5th of august!!!

saturday we leave for the bianchi beach bash, so today has been full of chores, etc. it's nice to feel productive for once...especially since we have a week of relaxation ahead of us! we'll get back the 11th, drive to b'ham on the 12th for jenna benna's wedding (and we'll get to see jess and jackson during the day before the wedding--WOOHOO), and then home again for a week. i'm hoping to get into a routine when we get back. housework, prepping for school, and being healthy. i'm looking forward to it. hopefully it will make our transition to 5:30 am wake-up calls a little easier. we'll see.

today we woke up early to visit JASPER! she is growing strong and looks great...we'll be bringing her home the week after we get back from the beach and spending as much time with her as we possibly can before school starts. we are ecstatic and can NOT wait...fortunately, we have a bit of time to puppy-proof before then. :) after we saw our pup, we came back and visited the nearby vet (looks good) and went to work out. i walked/jogged 4 miles! very proud of myself and full of energy to get my other stuff done. :)

so anyway, back to work i go, i just wanted to share the newest pictures of our puppy dog. :) more to come soon (before we head to the beach).
